As the bird flu continues to ravage Asia, now beginning to spread it’s deadly plight into Europe and beyond, we must be strong and accept our role in fighting this disease.
Stop the bird flu when the symptoms begin. If you or anyone you know show the earliest sign of the bird flu, goose bumps, please report them to the appropriate authorities.

A boy living in an apartment connected to the back of my house has been showing symptoms like those you listed. Due most likely to living in an environment of filth. I want to help but I’m not sure who the “appropriate authorities” you speak of are. I’m guessing the Humane Society but I could be wrong?
